Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• unworn and unused;
• undamaged and unscratched;
• returned in its original condition;
• returned with its original packaging; and
• accompanied by all accessories, documentation, and complimentary items originally supplied with the order.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, damage, alteration, or removal from their original condition may not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Unless the product received is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Cabral Collezione.

The time required for a returned parcel to reach us depends on the delivery service selected by the customer.

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm its condition and whether it meets the requirements of this policy. Cabral Collezione reserves the right to request additional information where necessary to assess a return request.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to reflect may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
